Seems like youare right about the process of cancelling your membership being a pain in the ass, because a straignt answer about how tocancel is not provided in the FAQ, you are simply referred to a suppoort paae where a bunch oof phone numbers isprovided for different billers. and when you actually try to contact them to do it for you, what you get is a form instead of a live chat. As a premium site these ys need to do better. why tf does the process need to be so complicated.
